Logi Freight provides road freight shipping services including:

• Full Truckload (FTL): Exclusive vehicle transportation
• Less Than Truckload (LTL): Consolidated freight services
• Cold Chain: Temperature-controlled transportation
• Hazardous Materials: ADR-compliant hazmat transport
• Oversized Cargo: ODC and heavy haulage services
• Tracking Services: Real-time shipment monitoring

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

As a user of our services, you agree to:

You are strictly prohibited from:

• Shipping illegal goods, contraband, or prohibited items
• Providing false or misleading information
• Using our services for fraudulent activities
• Interfering with our systems or operations
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Reverse engineering or hacking our systems
• Spamming or sending unsolicited communications
• Infringing on intellectual property rights

5. Pricing and Payment

Pricing

Our pricing is based on:

• Distance and route complexity
• Weight and volume of cargo
• Service type and urgency
• Special requirements (temperature control, hazardous materials)
• Fuel charges and tolls

Payment Terms

• Payment is due as per agreed terms (prepaid, COD, or credit)
• Late payments may incur interest charges
• We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment
• All prices are subject to change without notice

Additional Charges

Additional charges may apply for:

• Waiting time and detention charges
• Special handling requirements
• Permits and documentation fees
• Tolls and parking charges
• Fuel surcharges

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation Policy

• 24+ hours notice: Full refund minus processing fee
• 12-24 hours notice: 50% refund
• Less than 12 hours: No refund
• After pickup: No refund unless service failure

Refund Conditions

Refunds may be issued for:

• Service failures on our part
• Significant delays beyond our control
• Cargo damage due to our negligence
• Cancellations as per the policy above

7. Liability and Limitation

Our Liability

Our liability is limited to:

• Maximum liability of ₹5 Crore per shipment
• Actual value of lost or damaged goods
• Claims must be filed within 7 days of delivery
• Proof of value required for high-value items

Exclusions

We are not liable for:

• Consequential or indirect damages
• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Delays due to weather, traffic, or natural disasters
• Issues beyond our reasonable control
• Improperly packaged or declared goods

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our control, including:

• Natural disasters and extreme weather
• War, terrorism, or civil unrest
• Government actions or regulations
• Strikes, labor disputes, or lockouts
• Road closures or infrastructure failures

8. Insurance

All shipments are covered by our standard insurance policy:

Additional insurance coverage can be purchased for high-value or sensitive cargo.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our website and services belong to Logi Freight or our licensors.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission
• Use our trademarks or branding without authorization
• Reverse engineer our systems or processes
• Create derivative works based on our content

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of:

• Business information and trade secrets
• Customer data and shipment details
• Pricing and commercial terms
• Operational processes and systems

This confidentiality obligation survives termination of the agreement.

We may terminate or suspend your account for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Non-payment of charges
• Prohibited activities
• Fraudulent behavior
• Request by law enforcement

You may terminate your account at any time by providing written notice.

12. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution Process

1. Informal negotiation between parties
2. Mediation through a neutral third party
3. Arbitration under Indian Arbitration Act
4. Courts in Mumbai, India (exclusive jurisdiction)

Arbitration

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Mumbai, India, conducted in English.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Logi Freight harmless from:

• Any claims arising from your use of our services
• Violations of these Terms or applicable laws
• Damage to third parties due to your cargo
• Costs of defending against such claims

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website or through email notification.

Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
